evaporation rate?????!!?!?

I went the auto topoff.com route with a 5 gallon bucket and a small pump that Sk8r recommended (actually by him from another thead, Thanks Sk8r) and it works great. I got sick of dumping in a couple cups of water each morning and evening.

im in the same boat, i dont have the money for an RO unit and my tank looses about a half inch of water per day.i use the store water you know the stuff in the jugs its pretty much the same thing as RO water its all purified. i just buy like a gallon a week and use it for top offs. there only likr 90 cents be my haha.

cheepest one i can find, so far was the mighty might RO-DI unit for likr 99 bucks.
