Everytime I order sps this happens

Do you have the same problem with LFS SPS? How about aquacultured pieces?

I have had some good luck and some bad luck ordering from rc members. My lfs never buys sps because it's a hard sell in this area.

This is the third straight order that I received bleached out sps. Two from a distributor and one from a reefcentral member. I could tell they weren't alive before opening the boxes. They smelled like death

Looks aquacultured or maricultured, have you considered ordering captive frags from proven colonies?

Yes sometimes I get good frags sometimes I get a bag that just smells like rotten sea water with death inside.

I just don't like the look of tons of plugs all over the rock work.

If they're arriving like that, the problem isn't with you, assuming you aren't letting them sit out on your porch or something.

I've had a few do that about 1 to 2 days after I get them. Sometimes it's from getting too cold and sometimes It's the dip I was using. Found certain dips really hurt certain acro's and I had to dip at less concentration and far less time than directions to be safe.

I didn't even have to dip it. The thing was dead well before it got to me.

Well then you need to get reimbursement as more coral mr
Ie: live arrival guarantee or else they owe you more coral or $ back

She didn't charge me for it. But she said she was going to eat it because the wholesaler she got it from doesn't issue credit on acros
