This is the email I got back after I sent in my pump a week ago! The best!! I would like to thank Icecap and ecotech.
Not sure how he troubleshot it over the phone but when it was here I heard the same noise and after replacing the entire wet side guts it was dead silent and remained dead silent overnight.
Possible a bearing that is intermittent. I will go ahead and send you out a replacement motor today. It will be simple for you to replace. IF it fixes the noise just toss the motor as there is nothing we will be able to do with it. Will ship today via UPS.
