exhaust fan and heater recommendations

Hey large tank people

As the title says, I need some good recommendations for an exhaust fan and heater. My contractor sent me a bunch of stuff from Grainger.com but I have no idea what is best for my situation. So here is my situation:

I'm moving from Oregon to Ohio next month, and my new place will have a dedicated "pet" room. It is connected to the main house, has concrete floors, is insulated, but at this time has no heating or ventilation. I know the summers get real hot and humid, and the winters real cold. I plan to set up a 180g or so tank with a 100g rubbermaid sump and 40g fuge, so over 300g total volume. Separate from that I will probably set up another 40g QT tank.

Also in this room will be a doggie door so my dog can use it as a shelter (so this is for her comfort too). No she will not have access to the fish stuff. The room measures probably 10'x25'.

Thanks for any help.

For an Exhaust fan I highly recommend a Fantech fan (google Fantech). They are extremely efficient (low power), come in a variety of sizes, and are great for fishrooms as they are mostly plastic and are meant for high humidity applications (don't rust out).
