Exporting Zoanthids

Hi all
I'm looking for some advise please.
A friend of mine is shortly taking a trip to NY from the UK & I just wondered is it legal for him to bring me back a few Zoanthids.
The Zoos from your country look awsome compared to what is available in the UK.
If he's not breaking the law by buying a few zoo's to bring home could you advise on which are the best stores to visit in NY or are there any suppliers on the net I could purchase Zoo's from.

I beleive the problem is not exporting, rather importing.

I don't know the laws off hand, but I'm pretty sure it's a UK thing.


Talk to someone there, or, risk it!

I've had my fair share of hell at Heathrow.. I wouldn't gamble unless you know if you can.

I dont think you are allowed any live items from abroad. Have you ever seen how they get rid of international garbage, they burn it. Just in case.
might want to check the airport first. Maybe you can check it.
