sup guys,whats a good pump that will be strong enough to push around 20-25 of water?

As a return pump or just flow in tank? Eheim 1260 is a good pump for that size. Can be external or internal.

I wanna use it just for water changes, my trash cans are in the garage and the main tank it's about 25ft away..just trying to make water changes easier for my wife for when I'm not home..
