It can be done but i refer powerhead inside the tank instead of a box because you will have to drill couple holes or a large hole just for water to come in to feed the pump...
I was thinking wall to wall overflow with the right and left side seperate from the center section by baffles so the center would drain and the sides would just fill the tunze compartments. Does that make sense?
