Extremely boated clownfish

What would you do for this guy? Very bloated and seems to have trouble staying oriented correctly.

How long have you had him and what do you feed? Feed off the surface? Have you noticed it poop lately? Is it still eating?

I've had the fish for many years. He eats pellets and a variety of frozen foods. A little off the surface here and there but not much. Seemed to have some poo hanging yesterday. He's not interested in eating.

Could be a lot of different things. If it was eating, I'd say try feeding some bits of cooked pea to act as a laxative. It could also have an infection like dropsy, but we really don't know for sure. You can try to quarantine it and treat it with something like Maracyn to see if it has any effect.
