eye problem...PLEASE HELP !

I have a niger trigger. I noticed his eye has a white bubble coming on it (5-3). This happend in a 24hr period. Now I think I know what happend. See if this makes since. I was feeding silver sides out of a tong(5-1) and I "think" I noticed my lion going for the food and the trigger as well and the trigger may have gotten bitten. Is this "white bubble" over the eye possible from that possible situation? All my other fish (huma huma,lion,wrasse,and hawk) is fine looking. I have NEVER had a ick problem or any diseases in my tank and my tank is about 6 years established. Last fish added was 1 mo. ago. Any info? Thanks PP

Do a search on pop-eye and see if it resembles this. I'd check water parameters and do a water change, whether you think you need it or not. If it is pop-eye, subpar water quality often contributes.

If you have all these predators in your 75, even if they are on the small side, I'm afraid you may be overstocked. You may want to start thinking about a tank upgrade. Even if water conditions are fine, I imagine as your fish grow, they will still experience stress from crowding.
