I've seen Lymphocystis develop on the eye. If that's what this is, good nutrition (soak food in Selcon, Zoecon, etc.) and excellent water quality (do more WCs) is all you can do. Symptoms from this virus normally disappear over time.
If it gets worse or spreads, take more pics and update this thread. But for now, I would just sit tight if I were you.
