Failed firmware update on radion

I have a pair of radion pros that were running 1.6.10. I just ran the firmware update on one of them to 1.7.6 successfully, kicked off the second one and it hung. I let it go for about 30 minutes and finally refreshed the page. Now I cannot connect to the second radion. Reeflink won't find it wirelessly and I've tried connecting via usb. Pulled power plug several times, the light on top goes to a flashing red/white almost immediately. What do I do here?

Have you tried to add the Radion via USB? If not, I would recommend connecting via USB from the ReefLink to the Radion then signing into ESL and selecting "Add Device via USB". If you continue to have issues at that point, please call in for more advanced troubleshooting.

Yes, as I said in the first post I can't connect via usb either.

I had the same exact problem last night.I got it working by connecting usb from reeflink and doing a factory reset then firmware update.

how did you fix this?
I was updating my radion via USB and it got unplugged half way through and now it will not detect the unit, any help would be great.
