Yep... looks like dropped eggs to me. On a good note though Rich, it doesn't look like there is enough on the substrate to be the whole batch of eggs. When my horses missed the transfer, there was a HUGE glob of eggs. It's quite possible some/most of the eggs did transfer successfully and only some were dropped.
That's happened to my Kuda pair a few times, the male pulled away before the female was finished depositing the eggs and there was a string of eggs hanging from his pouch which dropped off onto the substrate. He still delivered a brood of about 50 fry three weeks later. Keep an eye on the male....only time will tell. Best of luck!
