fairy wrasse family

hi, which fairy wrasse make a good group in a 100g reef? which ones are easily sexed so i know i have one male and several females?

C. jordani (flame) make an excellent harem of 3 or 4. Male is spectacular and the females are pretty as well. Any of the flasher wrasses make an excellent harem as well.
