Fairy wrasse ich

I have a standard 60 gallon reef with 2 snowflake clowns and a Lineatus fairy wrasse. About 4 days ago the wrasse was covered with white spots. That same day I set up a 20 gallon QT with a filter that already had beneficial bacteria. The clowns were transferred to QT yesterday. They never showed any signs of ich. The white spots on the fairy wrasse are almost gone. Despite the disease he continued eating food soaked in garlic and seclon. I can do 3 things. Which is better?
1. Put clowns back in the main tank with the wrasse and see what happens.
2. Put the fairy wrasse in QT and observe for 3-4 weeks.
3. Put the wrasse in QT and treat fish with Cupramine.

By the way, ich started showing after I introduced an angelfish to my main tank. The angel was removed a week ago. Thanks.

^^This. (what happened to the angel?)

Sadly the angel died. I caught it at night when the lights were off to reduce stress on the angel and other fish. He was placed in a large plastic container sitting inside the tank. It's a clear container that fish stores use for catching, holding fish, etc. I was going to donate the fish to a fish store nearby the next morning but by the time I woke up it was already dead.

Sorry for your loss, but don't let it be for nothing. It's not too late to save your other fish.

Thanks. The wrasse is looking much better. I could only see 3-4 spots today and expect him to fully recover in a day or two. That's when I will move him to QT, which will have been stabilized by then.

The white spots falling off is just part of the life cycle of Ich. Don't be deceived into thinking them disappearing means the fish is cured. It will return and likely be worse than before!

I agree it's just the cycle of Ich. I want to give the wrasse a chance to recover before trying to catch him and put him through stress of transfer. Plus since I just placed the clowns into QT yesterday I would feel more comfortable with BB catching up with bioload. The wrasse is 4.5 inches big, eats like a pig and poops a lot. Lol.
