Fallow Tank Eradicates All Pests, or Just Some?

So, as the title says, does leaving your tank fallow for ~12 weeks rid your tank of all parasites, or only some?

If not, which are the ones to be concerned about, and is there a reefsafe treatment?

Parasites is a broad term - could mean Crypt or Brook, could mean flatworms, what exactly are your problems, is there something specific you want to target?

Sorry, I should have specified. I know it will work for crypt, but not sure about brook. Will it work for that too? Also, what about flukes?

I don't think flatworms should be a problem with fish, correct?

Basically it will work for any parasite that requires a host to survive, so yes flukes, brook, crypt, and some others. Flukes are a little easier to deal with, as you can use Prazipro in the display unlike formalin or copper for some of the others.

What will Prazi kill in the display? Coco Worms? Feather dusters? I remember reading that it will kill some things in the main tank but don't recall what they were.....
