Fallowing DT question

I am in the midst of a bunch of things right now. I'm treating ich (fish in hospital, dt fallow) but I am also trying to upgrade my 75 to a 125. Can I transfer my decor from the 75 to the 125 and let it fallow there for the remainder of the duration? I can't think of any reason why I COULDN'T but my DT ended up with ich so I'm no expert =]

I've learned tht obligate parasite such as Crypto (Ick) and Amylood (velvet) will die off w/o host. Can transfer if no fish in new tank. Otherwise soak them in F/W for while before using for new tank
