false order?

I posted in my local form pg but here it goes again.
I was doing some comparing for T5 bulbs and after selection for shipping I did not get an over all total. I just pressed on the Continue button than that was it?? No over all total. thank you for your order (which I did not do)
It just went to AquaCave's homepage. Even when I checked under my account there is no order history. However the charge is on my paypal account.

Anyone else exp with this? There might be a glitch on the checkout... FYI.
Hope to find out more Monday. Called a few tims in the morning as well noon. Did not get any answer nor could I leave a message. Now we did have a few storms hit but not sure if they were effected. Still logged on to my account and still nothing in the history for ANY order.
 
I'm having the same problem contacting them. Phone calls don't go through as if there is a phoneline problem. My e-mails go unanswered.

sad to say i had a few pm's with the same issue and no response. I might need to just take it up with PayPal than.
 
I've also been trying to get ahold of them with no luck. I placed an order Saturday and it has not been processed. I've called and e-mailed with no luck.
 
It may very well be they are out of power and phone service. There was a severe line of storms that hit that area yesterday morning and 350,000 folks are still out. Wait a few more days before you do anything.
 
Will probably be out until Friday at the soonest the county got hit hard with something like 865,000 people without power.
