Fan Holes

I'm in mid process of putting my new canopy together. I'm planning to mount my fan on one end, and put several holes in the back to vent hot air.

Anyone in the greater dsm area have a hole saw large enough for this? I would rather not use a jig saw, as I would like the holes to look uniform and nicely done. ??

Is there another slick way to do this?

You should be able to rent a hole saw to do that for not too much. Sorry I'm not closer.

Mabe? How large? Get a Dremel and cut out the openings and then keep it around for fraging!

the biggest holesaw i have is for drilling doors for door knobs. let me know if thats the size im in des moines.

how big are the holes, i have an extra 4" I could probably mail you if you wanted to borrow one

Thanks you guys. I'm just going to man up and cut them with a scroll saw. I'll sand them nicely when done. If I keep doing things like this, I'll never get this bad boy done. Finally set it on the tank this morning. Fit pretty nicely. Can't wait to get the halides running.
