Favia growth rates, opinions please.

So I know there is no set growth rate for any brain corals especially in a reef tank but I was wondering if some of you could give me some examples of how much a 1 to 2 inch frag could grow in a year? I just ordered two 1 to 2 inch aquacultured frags of two different color favia. I've never ordered brain coral frags or aquacultured brain corals so I have absolutely no clue how much growth to expect or how much growth I could achieve with the right "stuff". I do have a favia, favites, and some other brain corals I can't spell but I haven't noticed anything impressive growth wise since they were purchased. Any opinions or pictures as to how fast they "could" grow would be appreciated.

Thank you!

I don't have any pictures but I can tell you that I have a 4 polyp favia that I have had for in between 2 and 3 months.
In that time The tissue has grown, and I think there are several new heads coming in on it on different sides.
In a year I would suppose you could have a good amount of new growth on a favia. Compared to some of my other brains it seems like they grow on the faster side.....

I would say medium growth rates once it's established and settled into your tank, after that, if you feed it then it should grow at a nice clip. Supplementing feedings will definitely help most LPS grow faster

Thanks! I'm sorry it took so long for me to reply back. I bought both of these with no description other than pink eye and purple eye, I think I did pretty well? Both were very cheap.
