you can target feed with a product like micro-vert but simply feeding you fish should provide enough food for them.

I feed mine phytoplankton and that seems to do the trick. It grows like mad, and even tiny ones started poppoing up here and there.

how about flow and light? how much ?

all most positive they are non-photosynthetic, moderate to low flow, just don't blow there tops off and they will be happy ,
don't over feed with phyto it will foul your water quality and enourage algae

Somethingphishy is correct.
Lighting is no factor for keeping these animals.
You must feed phyto about 3 times a week or they will starve in the long run as they eat the minutist (Im sure its a word) creatures.
