Feeding a tamarin wrasse

I added a yellow tail tamarin a few weeks ago. It's eating mysis and brine shrimp. I have moved to feeding in the morning because he's buried himself by the time I get home. I am concerned that he won't get enough food, and what to do if I'm away for a few days. It's easy to get the neighbor to dump a cup of pre-measured pellets, but frozen, not so much. The tank is a 93 gallon with a wetdry. Does adding pods (of some sort) directly to the tank every so often make sense? If so, what type and what would the routine be. Thanks for the guidance.

Start mixing in small pellets into the feedings. I started with .5 and gradually larger. It took some time, but all of my Tamarins eat pellets.

Yup ..that's what I used. I found that soaking them seems to help because it makes them softer.
