feeding and prazipro, which comes first?

I have just started a juvenile imperator angel in quarantine. Should I be more concerned with him starting to eat, or should I immediately begin to treat with prazipro? I had never QT fish when I had my small tank, but want to do it right with the current system (437 gallon DT).
