stay away from silversides, I feed frozen shrimp from grocery store lol

On the rare occasion I feed, I just use chunks frozen mysis. Feed the fish at the same time, then place some chunks of frozen mysis near the anemone mouth and they take it immediately.

I have a green carpet nem; had him about a year - I feed a rotation of krill, mysis, and brine about every 10 days or so. He seems quite happy and healthy - even after he got lost looking for a sweet spot in the tank and got caught in my gyre (the nem came out pretty beaten up - but he has healed quickly)

I've also heard silversides are not goo for nems.....I had some and threw them out
