Feeding anthias

Whats the best food for lyretail anthias. Ive tried fish frenzy, mysis shrimp with garlic, reef frenzy and the herbivore frenzy. Females seem to eat aggresively male not very interested. They did just go in the tank maybe just some time? Any suggestions?

I really like a frozen shrimp shaved on a grater and thawed in tank water. I grate enough to last a couple days. If they don't take to that well, then I go to live brine shrimp; I don't care about the nutitional value its just about getting them use to me and eating.

 

[Ambition]

Look into frozen cyclops, Nutramar Ova, and other small foods. Anthias, in general, are accustomed to eating smaller foods.
