Feeding corals? Reef chili? Other tips

I have a 34 g. cube with the following corals....

SPS: birds nests, red planet, monti caps
LPS: hammer, frogspawn and torch, duncan and other similar
Softies....zoas and leathers
Others....
--gorgonians photosynthetic and nonphotosynthetic
--sponges
--sun coral and dendro

1. Is reef chili good for all of these or some of these only?

2. Would you spot feed with the feeding bottle BRS or just dump in the tank? If so, how do you do this (do you turn off return pump but not circulation pump)

3. Any other food suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

1. I use Reef Chili along with Mysis Shrimp.

2. I have a couple of coral feeding gadgets to use to target feed them. When I target feed, I turn off everything involving water movement.

I feed my corals Gonipowder once a week ( I have one hellbender Goniopora in addittion to my various soft corals) and they all seem to like it and be thriving. Plus the cleaner shrimp and my clowfish also live the stuff

I turn off skimmer and circulation to spot feed, wait a few mins then turn on circulation again and wait about 30 mins before turning the skimmer back on. I usually follow later the same day or next day with a water change as I only have a 10 gallon with no sump.
