I picked up some frags at the swap that have to be fed mysis and such. These are my first to have like this so its babysteps all the way. Where is the best place to pick up the mysis and how often should I feed. Thanks
What type of corals are they exactly?
Most LPS you can just use a turkey baster to squirt the mysis into the "mouth" and it will be captured by the tentacles. I prefer to target feed my coral just after the lights go out so they are in their night feeding mode.
You can get frozen mysis at Pet Depot in Guntersville. Trent has them in the freezer on the back wall by the pond. Don feeds his daily. Some people turn off the powerhead while they feed this help with target feeding.
