Where did you read that? I reasoned that I should feed them during the daylights when they are all open and extended, but I have nothing to back that up. Would like to hear the answer to this one.
Most corals feed at night in nature because that's when zooplankton are active and predators aren't. In captivity there is no natural plankton cycle and usually few coral predators, so corals will extend their tentacles and feed whenever you choose to add food. Day or night doesn't make much difference.
