feeding fish how often

How often is enough for small young fish ? I feed frozen reef frenzy, NLS pellets, and flake food. Is once a day enough? I don't want to overfeed, but I don't want any fish to starve. I know with my large freshwater fish, one heavy feeding a day has always been good.

I feed twice a day at least. When I had large groups of small anthias, I would feed 3-4 times a day. It really depends on the fish. Some smaller fish are very active and have a small stomach. They require constant feeding

Yep it would be nice to know what fish you are trying to feed.

In my big tank i do a afternoon 12-1 flake food feeding.

I also feed at around 6-7 every night with frozen food and baby brine shrimp.

My tanks is a 60 cube, setup 7 months ago.

All the fish are small, 1 green chromis, 2 clownfish, 3 yellowtail damsels, 1 fire fish, 1 six line wrasse.

I have 3 hammer corals, thriving, and 1 BTA.

My Eheim feeder turns on twice a day, 10:30 am and 5:30 pm. It drops NLS Small Fish formula pellets. I also feed a small portion of LRS Reef Frenzy 4-5 times per week in addition to pellets.
