feeding glassworms? nutritional value

typically feed our tanks w/ hikari mysis and emerald entree frozen foods

our pet store had some glass worms on clearance
(mid jersey pet spply brand?) - like 1$ per pkg buy 5 get one free... said they would not go bad just discontinuing the brand at their store

it seemed like a great deal so purchased 6...
which it will take forever to use it all up but i wanted to find out what people think about feeding this food

- the good the bad the ugly - if they are nutritious or just fodder

for that price considering the cost of everything 'reef' or sw
i figured i couldnt go wrong - so now i just create a mix of mysis/emerald/glass worms

but if there is no nutritional value then a good deal wasnt a good deal and i can just toss them vs polluting my tank w/ it (the fish dont seem to mind and eat it just as much as everything else)

Never heard of them. Don't sound very nutritional.

Ah-hah! They are freshwater in origin so no good for SW fish. Don't bother with them stick with mysis.

i assumed they were s/w - DOH! why would they sell them to me at the lfs (that i frequent and know the people there) if they are for f/w - although i thought i could get some responses on RC about feeding this food - its no wonder DOH! i am still going to research this a bit bec i dont think they would have done that to me there.
