Feeding multiple times a day, how?

So my tank is running great. I have a flame angel, mentensii butterfly, two oc clowns and a purple firefish and they are all eating well.

Everything I'm reading suggests that most saltwater fish are healthier getting more than one feeding a day. I work full time, so I can't do it myself more than just morning and night. Is twice like that enough? If not, how would I manage to get them fed when I am at work? I know there are automatic feeders, but I feed them frozen food and I would think it'll go bad sitting out like that.

Thanks for the help in advance

This is what many folks do, your fish are healthy and that's what counts. Before I had so much home-time; I fed in AM, as soon as I got home, and an hour before lights out.

What I'd suggest is feeding pellets with an auto feeder during the day. It might take a little bit to get all your fish eating pellets good, but it makes for an easy mid day feeding. Then you can still feed frozen in the morning and evening if you want to, but know that they are getting food during the day too.

I moved to feeding pellets a couple years ago and then to using an autofeeder a while back and man, it sure makes it nice. When I went on vacation for 3 weeks, all I did was change the number of times my autofeeder fed so that all fish got enough food without me dumping in frozen and boom, I was able to go on vacation and my fish stayed healthy.
