What do you feed your anemones and how much?

I feed my RBTA silversides and krill, Once a week. It got great color and splits every couple months.

Only ones I have are Maxi minis

I hear silversides are iffy

I go fishing often and I catch squid and shrimp with my handnet and sometimes I keep small minnows that I dont use as bait and ill freeze those then once a week I grab a minnow, shrimp and squid and ill chop the combination of food up into a tablespoon (measuring spoon) and drop it into my nem. I have recently added scallops to that diet but ive found he spits up the scallops the next day

What do you guys think about cherry shrimp? I have an abundance of freshwater dwarf shrimp
