What do you feed your mixed reef tank?

I am sure I am missing something, post it, and hopefully a Mod will add it :)

I try to mix it up a bit; I do just about all listed in the poll question. Not all a once, but randomly try to mix it up give them something a little different every few days. Seems to be working ok for now. Oh yeah I also do Nori and DT Photo Reef delux every couple of weeks.

I feed primarily flakes, but I mix a bunch of different types into a container for some easy diversity.

I also feed mysid, krill, silversides, and phyto from time to time. The nassarius love a good silverside, the anemones are krill fans, and the LPS go for the mysid. There's a little reef buffet in my fridge.

I feed mainly frozen: mysid, spirulina enriched brine, bloodworms, and occasionally 'Emerald Entree'

Once a week I feed Formula Two Marine Pellets.

The shrimp, hermits and brittle stars like a little krill here and there.

Occasionally I add some dried algae for the Turbos at night.

I also enhance the frozen with Selcon and WOW! Since I started doing this my fishs' colors have all intensified and they're all really healthy.
