I'm feeding Silver sides once in a while but I target feed my home made fish food (clams, shrimp, octopus, cuttlefish and cyclopleeze) every second day. (I'm encouraging growth)
I've been feeding mysis every other day. He takes in about 8-10 shrimp and closes up gone in a matter of minutes. He's about3-1/2 expanded. I've had him about 6 weeks. Thats him in my avatar. What should I look for for signs of decay or illness? Am I getting him enough food. Right now I have no clowns. I lost them to illness last week.
Signs of decay and illness are usually obvious with Anemone's. They look droopy and start to melt. Yours is very bleached. Keep looking after it like you are. No clowns is a good thing at this point IMO. Is it just me or is that Naso in your avatar blotchy? He looks real bad. How long has this tank been setup?

The Naso had worms and passed the next day. Since the photo last week. I have kept up the feeding. He's starting to glow under the actinic. Thank you for the heads up. I took the photos to bring to the LFS.
I've been doing every other day. Should I feed more per feeding? Is every day feeding a bad idea and why.
My tank has been up for 2-1/2 years. I moved the contents and water from my 46 gl bow front that was up for 4 yrs. The clock on this tank would be 2-1/2 yrs then right. The move restarted it?
look at the RBTA in this thread...that's the color you are going for. The RBTA in this thread split into 3 RBTA...very healthy. I would ask the guy in this thread (Almon) for advise!
