Feeding Regiments - Whats yours?

I would like to hear everyones feeding regiments. How Much, How Often and Of What.

I think I am overfeeding my tank a bit and want to scale it back, specifically the coral feedings, etc. So before I do that I would like to know what everyone else does.

For simplicity lets list it as follows.

1. How often to do you feed fish? Once per day.
2. What do you feed fish? Frozen cubes with alot of variety.
3. What amounts do you feed fish? Two cubes per day (11 fish in a 125 gallon) - 2 differnt cubes at a time - more than I want to feed but have 3 anthias.
4. Summary on fish feeding. The answer to your quention is a function of how many fish are being fed and what species they are. I don't think you will be able to conclude much from these questions without knowing this information as well.

5. How often do you feed corals? Once per day - with actinics on only.
6. What do you feed corals? Phyto feast (I think I may switch to DT when the Phytofeast runs out). Periodically feed cyclop-eze as well for fish and corals.
7. What amounts do you feed corals? 15 drops (for a 125 gallon tank)

3 times a day for each of my tanks with fish

2. What do you feed fish?
55G(tangs, clowns, damsel): Herbavore food for breakfast, omnivore food for lunch, mysis for dinner
30G(clowns only): Brine shrimp flakes for breakfast, spirulina for lunch, brine for dinner
50G(clowns and cardinals): tetramarine and ORAglow for every meal with a little mysis here and there for treat

3. What amounts do you feed fish?
I tend to sometimes overfeed, but they seem to eat it all.

4. Summary on fish feeding.
My lights come on at different times so I feed at lunch for two of them and then right after work for all three. The 55G is getting lunch when the others are eating dinner. It gets dinner when the lights are off everywhere else.

5. How often do you feed corals?
I try to feed my corals once a week, as most of their foods are photosynthetic zooxanthellae.

6. What do you feed corals?
Mysis, squid, shrimp, oyster, brine, selcon, garlic extreme, and coral vibrance all in a happy mixture

7. What amounts do you feed corals?
Lots when I feed.

8. Summary on coral feeding.
I turn off my filters, add some water to the mixture, and off I go. I try to turkey baste every coral in my tank. I will be trying oyster eggs this next time to see if they help or if they're a waste.

Between 1 to 3 times a day.

2. What do you feed fish?
Flakes fed by whoever is at home around noon.
Frozen when I get home at 4:30
Some Nori or different type of various food in the evening if I don't forget.

3. What amounts do you feed fish?
I feed the tank quite a bit. The tank swirls with food and the fish go pretty nuts. I believe I have around 22 fish so I need to feed a decent amount.

Never. I used to but saw no difference. I've tried it all.

My growth is very fast. when I actually get some free time here at home I'll take some growth shots.
