feeding schedule

I have had my 120 for about 2 months now and currently have it stocked with 1 longnose hawk and 6 blue-green chromis.

I currently feed a mix of Mysid shrimp and formula II twice a day. I make that when I feed almost all the food is gone within 30 seconds.

I have slowly been adjusting the amount I feed so I dont see any food sitting on the sand after a feeding.

My question is this: Should I reduce my feeding to once a day and feed abit more or do you all think that I am ok continuing to feed twice?

Feeding twice is better as there is less chance of food being missed if the food comes in small amounts , missed food will lead to an increase in nitrates

For that group of fishes, I think twice a day is a good idea IF they are given proper supplements.
