Feeding shrimp to fish

If I was to feed my fish chopped shrimp from the store what kind should I feed them? I am alergic to shrimp myself so what part of the shrimp am I feeding to the fish? Thanks for your input

I always buy the small bay shrimp when feeding my anemone and corals. The fish don't seem to mind.

Fresh or frozen? Can I buy this from my local grocery store in the sea food section?

I'd go fresh.

I get mine at Raley's in the seafood section. Doesn't really matter if there fresh or frozen. Both will work. Just give them a good rinse.
