I just got in the hobby and have a 90 gallon. I have an era crab, a fox face fish and some hermit crabs. I am feeding once a day and mixing it up between seaweed and shrimp. Is that enough?

Probably, but the more variety you can offer the better. You might want to throw some New Life Spectrum pellets, (2mm) and maybe some Spirulina flakes in the mix as well.
