Feeding Zoanthids

Ive read about feeding zoanthids to enhance growth and health. My question is what and how do I feed them? Any help is appreciated.

I feed a mix of reef nutrition's oyster,mysis,roti, and phyto feast... Use a turkey baster ad a little water from the tank into mixture and turn off your pumps

What lights are you running?

Do I just squirt it on top of them? I have a 10000k daylight bulb-36 watt and a 36 watt true blue actinic bulb with leds.

mysis, cyclopese . just squirt it with a baster.

I feed a mix of commercial foods, but basically just shut off pumps, mix some food and tank water in a small glass and use a baster to squirt some on each coral I'm feeding. Usually an inch or less from the coral.

Mine grow far better when fed than with just relying on light and fish waste.
