feeding?

now that i have all my fish for my 40 gallon reef and 29 gallon i need to get my food and feeding times down.
these are my fish in the 40 gallon:

1 starry blenny
1 purple fire fish
1 flame angel
2 kaudern Cardinals
1 6 line wrasse

what the best stuff to feed all of these fish and how often should i feed them?

in the 29 i have:

2 ocellaris Clownfish
1 yellow headed jawfish

For pellet I like new life spectrum. I have an auto-feeder that feeds them 2x daily. I try then every couple days to add frozen (mysis, cyclopeze, and some micro stuff for the corals).

second spectrum pellets. also feed rods frozen food conservatively.

I feed the fish mostly a mix of new life spectrum and ocean nutrition formula two pellets. I added the formula two pellets because our coral beauty wasn't looking the greatest, and since the formula two is great for herbivores, she's colored up nicely with the formula two. I also feed cyclopeeze once a week, and then either PE mysis or bloodworms once a week for variety. I usually feed the meaty frozen foods the night before I do a water change. Seems to keep all the critters happy :fish1:

Both your Flame Angel and Starry Blenny will love Nori (and perhaps the Six Line too) I give mine a 1 1/2" square every day Herbivores will eat meaty foods, but it's the veggies that keep them healthy.

+1 on Nori, forgot I feed that too, I vary the amount and don't do it daily anymore as I think it was polluting my water a lot.
