few questions

First time I saw a mantis shrimp I thought.. wow, those are crazy! and at the same time they freaked me out, look like aliens or something lol... but I want one.

I want this one actually... What kind is it and how big do they get?

What is the min size tank I could keep one in, I was hoping a 15 gallon would work with a couple inch sand bed and 20 pounds or less of live rock.. powerhead needed? special lighting requirements?

What do they eat? anything else I need to know about them?

This guy can be kept in real small tanks. The pictures of him on the site are not great, but you'll be able to find some good ones that show what it looks like.
