Filter for my 10 Gallon Clown Aquarium?

Currently I have a Marineland Penguin 100 Bio-Wheel, but I'm thinking of getting something a bit more powerful to increase filter of water and flow, so I wouldn't need to install a powerhead for my coral and anemone, i heard anemones get killed due to powerheads. I was thinking of getting either a Marineland Penguin 150B or 200B or the 350B? what do you guys think? i have a BTA in the aquarium and i do not want it getting killed to a powerhead...

How long have you had this setup for? it seems like you have just started this hobby and already but a anemone in the tank? If so its pretty much doomed. Its recommended your tank be atleast 6 months old before contemplating putting one in your tank

IMO hang on filters are not good "filters" you should invest in a decent skimmer.
You could add a small Koralia powerhead for additional flow.

I don't mind adding a Powerhead. I can't add a skimmer due to the size of my aquarium for now.

you can always run the skimmer externally

10 gallon aquariums are so small you dont need a skimmer, just water changes.



Also not bashing you but instead of having 5 threads with different questions, use the search button or submit one thread with multiple questions. It makes it easier for you and for everyone else.

yeah i do a 20% water change. sorry about that lolz i'm new to the forums
