what can i do for better Filtration in my tank i would like to prepare my tank for the pappon coral method so i would like to have the best filtration possible what can i do other then a skimmer

yes it's a very crazy and hard thing to get into. its a long storie short makeing your parameter high on almost everything and adding hgh or somatropin and it is sappost to help coral groth by about 2 to 3 times normal growth it's what most italian tanks do thats why they are always so amazing if you would like i could pravide a thread and any more filtration ideas
