hey guys planning to start a fowlr tank in the next few weeks. need filtration for it and was wondring if anyone had sugestions.

You don't say what sized tank.

Live rock is your bio-filter - at least 1-1.5 lbs per gallon. I'd also, at minimum, have a decent protein skimmer. Refugium if you can do it. Add some power heads or a power filter for additional circulation...
