It's a bummer you ended your 10% off sale at 11:59pm ET, that's only 9pm pacific time. The sale ended a few minutes before i even had a chance to start shopping. I had almost $1000 in my cart before i realized the sale was over, there's a lot less incentive to spend when you realize it's all full price.

You might be wrong Gary. My experience with these guys was that they are awesome at customer service. I called and added a couple of new things to my order the day after the sale ended and they gave me the discounted price on the add ons too. I too spent over $700 after discounts on some really high dollar items.

That statement makes as much sense as if I said; "After the rash I got on my @$* today, I will never wipe again". You have to explain your reasons before you bash a company on a very public forum! Now Explain Why... :blown:

Again I added more items to my already back ordered items and I still received the Black Friday 10% Discount almost a month later. All I had to do was wait for a Call Back From Enrico for confirmation. Only 5 minutes Later he called me back and said that I would still receive the discounted price on my new items.

A+ Customer Service Guys!!!
