Would a 3" sand bed of fiji pink and ocean direct caribbean sand be able to anchor a carpet anemone?

I've got 3 inches of a mixture of Fiji pink and seafloor special and my carpet is content. Your mileage may vary tho.

I have Fiji Pink, Special Grade, and Ooolite, all mixed, in both the 180 and the 120... well and in the sump too.

4" in the 180 about 3" in the 120 and maybe 3" in the sump.
