Finger Leather

I've had this particular coral for 10+ years. It was bought as a Camouflage and has been growing all these years. When upgrading to a 125 with T-5HO it ended up being moved to a lower area with less flow. Seemed to be a good place, but over a year later it looks like its not expanding as before. Also the tips appear like they're being nipped at, but I've not seen this. Any thoughts out there?

Move it back to a place that might replicate the "good times." Leather corals like alot of flow IMO. The wind stimulates the roots.
