fire angel Popeye

could someone help with recommendations for the proper treatment for this? I am trying to upload a picture, but it isn't great.

Flame angel...IME, 'popeye' will clear up itself...keep fish in QT and well fed

Is it in one eye or both? Can't tell from the pics. If in one eye, it's probably due to injury, so epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gal) would help with the swelling. If it's in both eyes, it's probably due to infection, so you might need antibiotics for that.

As suggested above, the problem clearing up on it's own is always a possibility.

ok thanks. it is only in one eye so I think we will just keep the stress down and well fed.
