I currently have a fire shrimp but thought about adding 2 sexy shrimp. Will the fire shrimp kill or eat the sexies?

darn near anything can eat sexies! fire shrimp don't have much to work with in regards to pinchers, but i'd be careful about whatever else is with them. mine are fine with hermits and a cleaner.

I dunno about sexy shrimp, but when I added a small skunk cleaner shrimp, my much larger fire shrimp went after it. The next day, the skunk was gone. Can't say for sure if the fire shrimp killed it....but its a strong suspect
If it was possible I would try to add your shrimp at the same time so they don't impose once the first has laid his claim to the land.
