Fire Shrimp?

SO how reef safe are those beautiful creatures?

they shouldn't bother anything in a reef. they are like skunk cleaner shrimp, but more shy. It will more than likely hide.... at least at first.

No, I don't believe you would have a problem at all. I've seen cleaners and fire shrimp together several times and have never heard of any problems

I have 2 cleaners, 2 fire and 2 peps in my tank with noproblems and all are visable most of the time.

I have two fire shrimps, two peppermint shrimps, a coral banded shrimp, and a emerald crab. In a 55 gal with lots of LR. No problem.

My fire shrimp just got eaten by my crab. He ripped each leg off and was enjoying him thoroughly. I was ****ed because this was my 3rd one. The first two died when I was acclimating them.

it's also known as the blood shrimp or scarlet shrimp.

I have a blood, cleaner, and peps. in a 100 and they get along just fine. The blood does hide quite abit thou.....
