Firecrackers? Blue Speckled Hunters? Zoa ID request

Anyone know what this Zoa is? I was told Firecracker but it doesn't seem to look much like that according to the web. Nearest thing on coralpedia is Blue Speckled Hunters but that still doesn't look right?
